Pricing and billing questions
The key things to know before choosing a plan
- Can I change plan mid-cycle?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
- What happens if I exceed the message limit?
- When the limit is reached, the widget shows visitors a polite message asking them to contact you directly, until you upgrade or a new billing period begins. You can upgrade your plan any time in the dashboard.
- Is there a contract or notice period?
- No. All plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel any time in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- How is payment handled?
- Payment is handled securely via Stripe and billed monthly. We never store your card details. Invoices are sent automatically to the email address linked to the account.
- Can I access my invoices?
- Yes. You can view and download all your invoices in the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your dashboard.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data is deleted within 30 days after cancellation, unless we are required to retain it under Danish law such as bookkeeping requirements. You can export your conversations from the dashboard before cancellation takes effect.
