How is GDPR and data processing handled?
Clarifier complies with GDPR. Chat conversations are retained for up to 30 days for operations and improvement and are not sold to third parties. Contact us for a concrete data processing agreement (DPA) tailored to your setup.
Can we have the widget in the institution's own colors and brand?
Yes. Customization of colors, icon, position, and welcome message is included from the Pro plan. On the Business plan, the widget can also run on a custom domain.
