- What is Clarifier?
- Clarifier is an AI chat assistant you embed on your website with a single script tag. It reads your content and uploaded documents (PDF and Word) and answers your visitors in natural language, around the clock. It only uses your own material as source, so answers reflect what's actually on your site.
- How fast can I get started?
- You're up and running in under 5 minutes. Create an account, enter your website URL, and we automatically crawl your pages. Once crawling finishes (typically between 1 and 10 minutes), you paste the embed code into your website and the widget goes live.
- What if the AI gets an answer wrong?
- Clarifier retrieves answers from your own content and won't make things up. If an answer is wrong, the issue is usually in the source content. You can review every conversation in the dashboard, find content gaps, and improve them. You can also upload documents to cover topics that aren't on your site.
- What languages does Clarifier support?
- Clarifier answers in whatever language a visitor writes in, and is thoroughly tested in Danish and English. The underlying language model also handles other major European languages. The dashboard and widget interface are available in Danish and English.
- Can Clarifier read my PDFs and documents?
- Yes. You can upload PDFs and Word documents directly in the dashboard, and Clarifier indexes them alongside your website content. Useful for price lists, terms, manuals, and other material that isn't published on your site.
- What about GDPR and visitor privacy?
- Clarifier is built in Denmark and complies with GDPR. We retain chat conversations for up to 30 days and never sell data. You can read the full details in our privacy policy.
